Deborah Bittar MD
Dr. Deborah Gisriel Bittar is a native Baltimorean, having attended The Cathedral School, The Bryn Mawr School, then the University of Pennsylvania, before returning to Baltimore to attend the Johns Hopkins University Medical School. She stayed on at Hopkins doing her internship and residency in Pediatrics. After a short stay in Washington DC, while her husband finished his Cardiology fellowship, Dr. Bittar returned to Baltimore. She and her husband raised a son and two daughters and are now proud grandparents of two grandsons and two granddaughters. For relaxation, she likes to take hikes in the woods with her dog and enjoys dance, music, theater, and traveling. She has been a consultant for several private schools and enjoys caring for children from birth through college. Her interests include developmental pediatrics and adolescent medicine. She enjoys guiding parents through the many ups and downs of raising happy, healthy, and resilient children.
