Sara Spinner-Block, MD

Pediatrician in Foundry Row, MD

Dr. Spinner-Block was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. In an act of rebellion, she chose to attend the University of Michigan instead of Ohio State (Go Blue!) where she met her future husband.

They have two sons who also proudly became Michigan Wolverines. She attended Case Western Reserve University Medical School and did her pediatrics residency at the affiliated Rainbow Babies and Children’s Hospital.

In her free time she enjoys a regular yoga practice, taking barre dance classes, cooking, gardening, reading and spending time with family.

Her focus is on general pediatrics and she particularly enjoys working with families on increasing the emotional intelligence of children and the role that the mind plays in physical symptoms and overall health. She completed extra training in Mind Body Medicine. Dr. Spinner-Block sees patients in the Foundry Row office.
